Our extruders are industry proven machines with a track record of consistancy. Our management group has 30 plus years of extrusion experience and includes a diemaker with layout and development skills. Custom profiles can be drawn and dies made for any flexible PVC profile.

Virgin compound provided by some of the most consistant manufacturers in the industry. All compounds and magnet used are strictly compliant with UL , NSF and Prop 65 certification for the USA combined with REACH and RoHS certification for the EU.

Experienced splice table operation
Our splicers have an average of eight years experience which insures a consitent product backed by a quality control system utilizing an electronic measuring table.
Automatic magnet cutting
Our magnet is automatically cut to size according to the accurate tolerances of each piece.
Accurate gasket dimension
Each gasket is precisely cut to insure accuracy to maintain a dependable end product for splicing.
